Emma Hodgson Emma Hodgson is a Client Director at London Business School, working with global corporations and public organisations across the world. She also has an executive coaching practice, and mentors young people in the community and globally.Prior to joining London Business School in 2022, Emma’s career in professional services and the not-for-profit sector was dedicated to Leadership Development, Coaching and Diversity and Inclusion. She spent over 18 years at KPMG in the UK and Australia, leading on Culture Change and Executive Coaching and is qualified in a several psychometric tools which she uses widely in her coaching practice. Whilst in Australia, Emma was appointed to the role of Head of People and Culture at the Reach Foundation, which is dedicated to the delivery of targeted, youth-designed and led programmes for young people.Emma has a very strong international perspective personally and professionally, having lived, studied and worked across Europe, Australia, Asia and the US.Emma has a PhD in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Boston. She now resides in London with her husband and 3 children. Emma was appointed to the CCE Board in June 2024.
